REDG Share Price Break Down!

I used pretty much the lowest possible figures I could come up with, and then I cut that in half.... The absolute MINIMUM price I would EVEN CONSIDER selling when GSL comes out would be .015 pps. My estimation is .02-.08 within months of GSL coming out.

The Max I see personally in the next 3-6months, is somewhere near .20 if we end up with 10million profit in one quarter off just GSL. *After a year of GSL, this and more is definitely achievable, and yes this is all done at 3bil OS.*

So onto the ways we make money!

(1) GSL Preview #1: 50k books + online selling
(2) Hulu Magika: Free to watch + revenue for every click (ads from hulu)
(3) GSL Issues 2+: 1 million books + online selling

We get ad money for at least 50k views! I am not sure if we also get ad revenue for the online views, so we won’t even calculate that.

50k prints is 50 sets of 1000 views. Our going CPM is supposedly $30 (past DD)
Ergo, 50 sets * $30 avg is $1500 paid by each advertiser.

23 paying ads * $1500 each = $34,500.

Cost to print 50k books.. We know they can create artwork, print, and ship books for less than .50 a book, possibly down to .30 a book from past DD.
That’s $15,000-$25,000max for costs, which is $10,000-20,000 profit from the 50k prints.

Markiplier has 8 million subscribers.

These figures are hard to capture accurately because they all show different amounts: Redgiantentertinment gets AT MINIMUM 100k plus visitors a year Keenspot gets 10-12million/year? Comicgenesis gets ~3mil/year?

But this was taken from the 10k! Keenspot webcomic sites and receives over two million UNIQUE visitors EACH MONTH according to Google Analytics Data (http://www.streetinsider.com/SEC+Filings/Form+10-K+Red+Giant+Entertainment,+For%3A+Aug+31/10434421.html)

So we have 8million possible buys if Mark Tweets/Youtubes and 2 million per month from the websites. Which is close to 30million, but lets just assume the 2million per month are the same people every month, so total of 10million buyers that we can hit now, before TRU and DCD and HULU people are thrown into the mix.

I think we can get 1% to go for it the first month and lets just cap it at that, saying no more buys ever? 10mil*.01 = 100,000 *$2.00 = $200,000 and lets just cut it in half, In case there are those who think my numbers are too high. $100,000 profit from preview.

Low Profit: So far profit is $110-120k+.
Share price = .0008

High Profit? Lets say 5% max? 10mil*.05=500k*$2 = $1,000,000 in Profit.
Share price = .0067

(2) Hulu Magika:
Although it is free to watch online, we do get paid for the ads that Hulu plays.

2008 Hulu paid .044 per 30-minute slot.
2009 they paid .08 per 30-minute slot.
2010 they paid .143 per 30-minute slot.
So its 2015. Lets just say .14 - .30 per 30 mins
And we are only going to say 1 hour of the video will be watched on avg of the ‘unique’ watches. So that would be .28-.60 per watch.
REDG said half of that would go to us (past DD.)

So we get .14-.30 per view.

It has been out for 7 months now, and it has been among the top of the pages for numerous weeks if not months.
Lets cap it at 500,000-1,000,000 total views since it is free I think 5x the rate of GSL Preview since it has also been out for 7 months.

That’s $70,000-$150,000 to $140,000-$300,000 profit .

Low Profit: We are up to $180,000-$270,000 PROFIT! $ That should put us $.0012-.0018 just based on that.

High Profit: $1mil + $300k = $1.3mil = .0087

RIGHT NOW WE SHOULD BE .0012-.0087 based on what is already out making money. We are at .0013, the lowest end of our possibilities.


(3) GSL Issues 2+:
Then we come out with GSL in the next few months. (and possible games, etc.)

TOYS R US and DCD distribution of ad supported Giant Size Line of COMICS!!

1,000,000 copies a week, and I wont even go into selling the digital versions.
At least 30 paid ad spots. Avg of 30cpm. Less than 500k costs. (investor video and past DD)

30k (cpm) x 30 (ad spots) = 900k revenue x 12 (weeks) = 10.8mil revenue in 3 months.

Minus costs: 450k x 12 weeks = 5.4mil

10.8mil-5.4mil = $5.4mil profit

5.4*20 market cap = 104mil /3 bil = .034


$LOW PROFIT $$$$$$ .034 after just 3 months of GSL revenue

Plus expected future of another 12 weeks.
.07 price per share.

Plus movies, paid books, toys, games, apps, apparel, anything else they have in the works.

5 million PROFIT in 1 quarter is pretty hefty!!!!
Then again I did the standard 20 times profit, down here in otc I've seen 20, 40, 60, sometimes 100 times revenue.

But lets say you don’t believe my math, so we can CUT THAT IN LESS THAN HALF. Lets say we only make 2 million in profit, and we don’t sell ANY GSL online or hulu or Preview!!

$ 2mil - Is STILL $.015 per share!!!!!!!
