What "market maker" is bullish on HIPH? How can you tell?

Brokerages are compensated to dump stock - cold call people to find suckers to buy worthless scams like Alfie's.

Is that what you mean by "bullish"? Any broker who recommends this crap should be reported to FINRA - and they shouldn't be licensed anymore - at a minimum.
