Corporate Structure

San Gold Corporation was formed in 2005 by the amalgamation of San Gold Resources Corporation of Bissett, MB and Gold City Industries Ltd of Vancouver, B.C. San Gold Corporation owned 100% of Rice Lake Joint Venture Inc., which owned 100% of Rice Lake Gold Corporation, which was the former Harmony Gold (Canada) Ltd. San Gold Corporation amalgamated the Rice Lake Gold Corporation fully into its operations on January 1st, 2009.
