Public release of information from January 6th would lead one to speculate 6 month period up June 6. The above quote from April Red Chip presentation .... indicating report submitted in the spring .... would lead one to think potential negotiation period goes til the fall. 6 months start at end of testing .... or does submission of report start the clock ??

All that can be said ..... Dahl .... woefully unclear as to where things stand. Period.

Someone should ask him to clarify the relationship with ZTS and what stage it sits. Maybe ZTS wishes to buy ZIVO .... maybe they want more tests ..... maybe they are simply negotiating a license ..... maybe they have already said ..... seeya ! ...... no one knows but Dahl and ZTS. Of course ..... if ZTS declined to further the collaboration, that would be a material event and be required to reported to shareholders. My guess .... ZTS is still involved. Dahl would have to clarify status.
