Price bouncing above & below waiting for FOMC

RATE DECISION. Hawkish statement will help KRE and dovish not so much.

1.5 hours and we will know the ST trend. Long term trend is up as experts expect 2 rate increases this year and 4 next year. The S&P may not like that, but should be the LT exception. OCICBW
