Agreed. Same reason i picked up 2 milly a week or 2 ago..someone is loading but trying to keep this under the radar. Look up 'pond-fishing play' and this has all the makings of it. Takes patience tho. Buy, hold, and forget about it until news and/or financials drop stating 'company back in good standing and current' then the party starts. A run to .00 range is definitely on the cards. Only time will tell.
