I am cracking up though....Matt only WANTS to move to another ticker where there is shares available to dilute since there is none in BCAP. He only wants to convert his preferred shares into common so he can fire up the dilution machine again since he cant do that with BCAP without raising the a/s and that would not matter anyway because its nearly no bid anyhow.
