Sam.........the thought of a buyout is always in the back of my mind......and that thought can be made possible through more sales and revenues to some of the prominent companies mentioned earlier.

This can lead to the creation of competitive forces that all see the value of having the KDS as part of their portfolio.

Before that happens, the focus needs to first be on maximizing its existing revenue possibilities.

I believe a buyout was Cal's ultimate plan all along, before his untimely passing.
