NETMAN, My point was that when the company is on it heals all the time.. worrying about how to pay the rent, etc.. it is hard to drive any kind of decent bargain. I think it is called "walk away power". And when you are starving it is hard to walk away (from any kind of hopeful deal). That has been what has been happening for years and years. It should go like this: FASC: "I want $350,000 for that KDS over there." Buyer: "I will give you $250,000." FASC: "Next!"
