May I respectfully suggest you may have done things in the wrong order?

If you had started with the DD first, you would soon have seen that KSNC is one of a stable of penny stock scams run by the notorious MMG group, and has a long and sordid history as a vehicle for pumping and dumping.

Sooner or later the regulators will remove this and its stablemates from the market.

Until then the shadowy and shady bunch of crooks running KSNC will continue to try and milk their retail marks for every cent they can.

But the only "boom time" will be for the MMG crooks, not for their victims.
