Of course, when you have new people in control of a company, like we have here, they're not always up on things, so OTCMarkets has little in way of good info at this time.

When you go to that site, you'll see when their fiscal year ends (3/31) so the annual is due out the eom.

But don't count on it. After all, we don't know if these new people are going to bother to file yet.
