There are no Terms-and-Conditions. TCA-Global has no control in this situation. All they can do is hope that the company will pay. Default means that there is a failure to meet the Terms-and-Conditions. So, Terms-and-Conditions have been rendered null and void by TCA-Global because of no payments. Usually an agreement is worked out with reduced payments. The last thing that TCA-Global wants is to seize assets because the value of the assets may have deteriorated. Some assets would be difficult to turn into cash. This makes for strange bed-fellows. One trying to hold out for better revenue and the other having to make due with smaller payments. JIMHO

Wait....uh how could assets have deteriorated given all of the imaginary positive news Scott Gallagher has been pumping...I mean promoting over the years.

Hey Billy couldn't TCA Global sieze Scott's Call Center? You know the one he told the public was up and running last year and generating revenue? I mean how else is Scott finding money to pay himself? He isn't diluting the share structure to pay himself.....is he? You know the whole CEO image thing....wouldn't that look bad?

Speaking of strange bed fellows.....couldn't Scott avoid this by using his $120,000 salary to payback TCA Global? Or is being arrogant and Defiant, thumbing his nose at the TCA Global terms and conditions.

I wonder why CEO Scott Gallagher isn't posting here anymore.....? Or he is watching in the shadows........?


Hey, any answers on how CEO Scott Gallagher is finding money to pay himself not $50,000, not $75,000, not $90,000 not even $100,000 but $120,000 in 2014?

Wouldn't a real sacrifice making CEO have used those funds to payback TCA Global instead of having go into Default?
