Hope they somehow point out that the nearly 1 million shares that Mr. Brian M. Culley acquired was purchased by him as a show of confidence and stability, not given to him as a bonus.

After as CEO, seeing two offerings a RS and value of MSTX dropping 75% the last 5 years it would be great for partial owner to show trust in a company by putting up a half million dollars of his own money.

On the opposite if this was simply given to him as a bonus it again shows poor leadership skills and a person padding his own pockets at shareholders expense with no concern for investors with a salary close to a million dollars a year. Look forward to updates.
