I have seen all that and concur, it took some time for this company to get it going.

But, it looks like now, they are finally becoming successful after finding their niche.

As to convertible debt, there can not be much of it left, if any. The share reserve rule would mandate an increase of the A/S if there were.

A perfect example of a turn around and an OTC company finally finding its mark. Just my opinion, but another financial report like the last one will confirm my enthusiasm about this company finally getting it right. At .003? Worth taking a small position. The whole OTC is a gamble, is it not?
