Jimmy won't respond because it will mean that he actually has to own up to the fact that not only did his business fail, but that he has also failed all of the shareholders of this now defunct stock. What makes it worse is that he sold all shareholders out to a bunch of crooks to save his own hide. He fails and ends up winning in the end.. Now the guy won't even respond to a simple question by you...
