Yes. You are right about low OS in 2007. The dilution started in 2008 & massively at the end of 2008 .... What is the name of the ceo again? The ceo should take the advantage of uvse's worthless in value & close all the deals with CD note holders & resign those shares. It's a win-win situation & a big return for investors/shareholders.
