didn't announce or accept it till May 15th....

10Q says it is a "Going Concern"

Loan mentioned in 10Q as being in DEFAULT 600k -1.3M

DR LU & Mr CHONG RESIGNED as Directors June 5, 2015..

Revenues are either Down or Non existent.
