We might have about a month to a month and a half to wait before it is delisted, provided the action by the SEC automatically occurs when a filing is not made? It might be longer if the SEC waits. After all this is sill a bureaucracy. GGSM may not be flying very high on the radar since people are buying and selling. It may not yet be noticed by the officials.
