Further there has been no official filings for 2015. Nor have there been any press releases.

The last blip on the charts was what I call a feeding frenzy based on hype and subjective wishful thinking. That might happen again. However, there is absolutely no sign GGSM is doing business save for the buying and selling of the stock.

I know we live in a computer driven time, but somebody has a say about the selling of this stock. Surely, even with no signs of business taking place whoever deals with the money is not going to stop selling the stock for .0002 when one only has to give .0001 back when the investor sells it back. That's not much of an incentive for raising the price. You give me $2000 and I just have to return $1000 when you give up on waiting for it to go higher.
