John Fife (Typenex) IS a total creep, in my opinion...
right up there with the likes of Kirkland (IronRidge).
And YES...he did have some issues with the SEC.

At this point I'd think the SHAREHOLDERS might be asking management
WHY they signed any deal with this guy???

As for the lawsuit being dismissed...
I wouldn't count Fife out just yet...
