CORPORATE WEBSITES & SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
Corporations such as Quture are challenged in the evolving ecosystem of social media marketing to develop websites with massive information and resources – presented in different levels of sophistication for customers, potential customers, independent contractors, strategic alliances, partners and investors.
Quture is building out its new corporate website in plain view to the public, publishing new architecture for ease of navigation with new marketing messaging. For example, the “Your Industry” tab is designed to present the most relevant value proposition information to multiple decision-makers for complex sales. Initial content will be for our initial target customer, hospitals, with very different drivers for various positions and functions in hospitals. As hospitals move into new structures such as Accountable Care Organizations and physician-led clinical integration organizations, and acquire health insurance entities with merged incentives, value-driven analytics and technology solutions become even more complex marketing and sales endeavors. Quture will build out other market segments, such as physicians and medical device manufacturers, as for additional market segments.
So website information and resources must be organized into value propositions for each customer segment and then within those segments by functions. Again as an example, the Quture website is organized to identify the urgent needs of those customer segments with the “Solving Urgent Needs” sub on the “What We Do” tab, beginning with hospitals (just as Your Industry). As Quture completes Demonstration Projects with Luminary Sites in other customer segments, such as Physicians and Medical Device Manufacturers, both of these functions of the website will be built out. Quture’s experience from installations and demonstrations is giving us essential insight to the value propositions for messaging, ultimately to all customer segments on the Quture Profile Infographic (About Quture on the lower toolbar).
With the Provisional Patent Application now filed, Quture can be more open about our technology solutions. The new “Technology Solutions” sub, under the “What We Do” tab, content will now discuss how the QualOptima Connectivity and Analytics System empowers all customer segments, just as the five main “empowering messages” scroll across the Quture home page.
Social media marketing is a powerful strategic platform to use the Internet to inform potential customers about our company, products and services. Rather than market to one hospital at a time, for example, we want “early adopters” of new technology to find us. Quture seeks customers because they share our vision of how health care should be delivered and paid for, rather than boiler rooms for cold calling and endless tradeshows.
For publicly traded companies such as Quture (QUTR), a carefully organized system to present Company status information and progress toward projections. We can solve investor relations questions by providing the same information to everyone at the same time. Rather than relying on Press Releases exclusively to tell our story, featured Announcements will appear in Quture “Media” as “News,” and FAQ’s will answer investor and potential investor questions when they occur in patterns.
We know some of the functions are not populated yet, and content will be dynamic and never static as the old website. Our next major endeavor for the website will be to build out the investor sections. Quture will use our website to Engage with potential customers and investors, to create dialogues on compelling issues in health and health care. QualOptima is the strategic solution to optimizing value, focused on performance, outcomes, and health, to supplement tactical electronic medical record products by deriving information from data and analytics. Quture’s new website is visually powerful yet rich in content, with resources that will keep people coming back to learn and engage with us.
