Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 5 split. Pay date=04/30/2015

This latest incarnation claims to have a couponing app... let's explore that! Let's start with their 8k filing showing where they got the technology:

Surely eCommerce Technologies Inc. must be a real company, right? What else can we find out about them? Well, the agreement was signed off by Salim Ran. Let's look into him! Wait, not a single hit for anyone by that name anywhere in the world via Google?

Wait, that's because his real name is "Salim Rana" and he has been involved with this company for years!

Rana is/was Li-ion! It has been posted that Rana ran both SPOW and LMCO.

So CYAP did a deal with a company openly owned by Salim Rana again... or is it Salim Ran now?
