VFIN now on ask at $1.. relentless... on most days seems to be the only low ask

I still wonder whom is selling through vfin... what's odd is I've observed vfin representing the insider buys if I recall the action correctly.

So is VFIN actively making a market here to some purpose? Or is it coincidence and VFIN is just a retail seller.....
