Lesnshawn. NEOM into KEYO? It's possible. I know Dr. Patrick Soon Shiong bought a huge chunk of NEOM for a reason. Those QR code patents were of great interest to him.

However, as you pointed out we know of the successful campaign here to get Dr.SS to file the necessary paperwork w/ the SEC letting us all know he's out of NEOM. & the turnaround time on that from initial contact to Dr.SS's accountant to him filing his last 13D/A for NEOM was three weeks!

Yes. We also know that right after that successful campaign, it was tried once again on KEYO which he still owns 80% of. And yes, KEYO is still trading over nine months later even after the SEC's latest round-up announced just a few months ago. No surprise there. We all know he made his billions doing an RS & he's getting ready to do it again with KEYO.

That's why some are wondering if he will wrest cotrol of NEOM & reverse merge it into KEYO at the same time he reverse merges Nantworks or Nanthealth into KEYO.

Even though it's a lock he will reverse merge one of his Nants into KEYO I'm beginning to have doubts that he will go after NEOM.

But I've got it all covered. NEOM is my 0.0001 lottery ticket that I've been holding for almost a year which would really blow up if he moves on it. I have 5m shares & refuse to buy anymore. Also got KEYO covered & still buying it in the 0.07 range because it's money in the bank. We all know it's going to be used & when he parks a multi $Billion dollar NANT in that shell it will be a $10.00 stock overnight.

Sure hope he takes NEOM along for the ride
