? your joking I hope....the "basket" was built over twenty years ago and LC still owes a $quarter of a million to Newark with regards to roads, lighting..etc. No one wanted to work for her as president..no one. Crossman left in 2010 and she was the fifth pres in five years...Tami was for two years prior. They have had seven in one decade.

And where are you putting the blame? I for one would dispute any property taxes...and please tell me where was Tami when theses tax bills were not being paid......Where?
