The fact that the reverse merger was with a defunct handbag company is entirely irrelevant. This was a shell company available to anyone with the cash to buy and by doing so take their company public. It looks like they were doing business with some scumbags who tried to sell unregistered shares. Someone at Biozoom may or may not have been aware of this. It does not implicate the entire company. They seem to have a genuine product. I would think its not impossible to eventually become a viable stock again but I don't know every detail right now. I have no plans to sell what I have.
