Get with the program Tom, it stands to reason.

If there's a sucker born every minute in the U.S., there must be one born ever 15 seconds in China.

When you run out of domestic suckers you have to look further afield.

Now just try to imagine the hilarity of the poor interpreter trying to translate Harry-speak into Chinese. What do you suppose things like

- "the engine runs on the supercritical"
- "bearings are actually little generators"
- "water is a better lubricant than oil"
- "the engine is runnin' sweet on the dyno"

are going to translate into? Especially any translation of "the engine runs".

I hope the poor guy at least gets paid up front.

The last deal in China was with Great Wall Alternative Power Systems. They bought a license from Cyclone to produce and sell engines in China. The deal was Cyclone provided them with drawings, and they had to figure out how to make the engine work. (That was the same deal as with the lawn mower engines and the solar power engines, plus the TopLine Energy Systems joint venture.)

After Great Wall cancelled the contract Cyclone was left with $62K in license fees.

About three of those deals a month would be enough to keep Cyclone going.
