More important is that the taxes were CURRENT until CVSL merged with Longaberger.
Also the local courts in the county where Longaberger is located are now seeing lawsuits from vendors who have not been paid and this is only post CVSL.
Also of interest that CVSL last year borrowed from Tami $43,000 for Longaberger and then borrowed from Tami 983,000 for their Agel divison.
Very odd also is the sale of the Longaberger retail center The Homestead.
It sold for 15 million but is being leased back at a cost of 2 million per year. What was the point? It states all expenses and upkeep are on Longaberger.
