I don't know why you have that estimate of outstanding shares listed above when you don't know what it is. I have by guess but don't know. I hope Bill of IENT didn't issue too many. I doubt he would dilute his holdings without getting a good price for shares. I think he has about 18 million shares when it was last reported so doubt he would be quick to increase Outstanding by that amount unless absolutely necessary. I think you should only say Outstanding is unknown as your range could be wrong.

It seems float is rather tight.
