Yep. He led some investors down the path to ruin by having them believe he was going to use FBVC to bring his kid's company public. He realized the folly of trying to get that grey sheet ticker reinstated, so he hooked up with a bigger scammer than him in Paul Luna Belfiore with his fraudulent pump and dump company, POTG.
