Here is what Dan told my buddy.
we have turned the audit over to the audit examiner at Malone and Bailey and are awaiting for their approval. We have brought on a new top notch securities lawyer and beefed up the management team an continue to pay sown the debt. All is positive and moving forward. Hope all is good your way. Dan Jr.
