Good News Bad News

The Good News is that according to the following link

GGSM has faithfully filed appropriate reports with the SEC the last couple of years during May and June. The May reports have been the first reports for the new year.

The Bad News is that there are no May (2015) reports to view. However, can one assume that the reports are put out to the public in a timely fashion? Some of you know more about this process can address this. Surely reports to the SEC indicate life in the company. The availability of those reports for the public may be another issue.
