Here is the DD I was able to find on Innovativ. These are simply things I found on the internet and aren't my own opinion on the company.

The Facts:
According to Whois.net, the website for Innovativ Media was created only back on Feb 21st 2015 according to Whosis.net. The website hasn't been updated since April 15th 2015 (copy the URL "www.innovativmedia.com" into their search function).


The company filed with the state of Wyoming in March 2015 and it only has 10,000 shares outstanding with a par value of $.01 and Preferred shares of 100 with par value of $.01. The company is only valued at $101

And not to mention that the address of the office location is a place where you rent mailbox's

The company was incorporated by a Cheyenne Moseley. The only Cheyenne Moseley I could find on the web works for LegalZoom.com. I can't confirm that this is the same one or not associated with Innovativ Media.

My Opinion:
There appears to be no value added to GBGM by RMing with this company. This does appear to just be fluff but that is just my opinion. The website hasn't been updated since April 15th, yet has all the links to GBGM, stock info on GBGM, etc. Thus my opinion is that Innovativ was just created to RM with GBGM to make it appear that GBGM is acquiring real companies.
