No, they can't be fully diluted with the A/S at 5B. You're probably in the ballpark at +/- 1B.

Besides, with the R/S history INOL has Finra may not grant them another one so if they're going to raise money, they need that 4B cushion.

That doesn't paint a pretty picture for shareholders.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
