A r/s wouldn't even help because management will keep the A/S at 10 billion and just turn on the faucets again to drive this back into the ground while they are cashing in living their lifestyle. I will laugh at the day if they announce another r/s and claim it is to bring value to the stock and bring in new investors lols. This company couldn't run a lemonade stand.
