hmmm, he has kept a small micro cap with virtually no product on the shelf in business for the last 3 er 4 years

hmmm, he has the confidence of three loyal employees that he hasn't paid for over a year

hmmm, he has convinced his creditors to give him more money when he owed them about $15,000,000

hmmm, he convinced a billionaire to help him out

hmmm, he convinced a judge to let him keep his house

I say a very savvy businessman.
