I really don't need your advice of whether I need to sell or not. I have been in this for a long time. I am allowed to not be "happy" with the last year of their operations and management and the resulting PPS. I also can be unhappy about their need to "reverse" split because they have not been able to keep the pps reasonable.

I have not seen management "sacrifice" anything in the last 2 years while they feel the need of the shareholders to take the haircut.
