If you liked AVNR then take a look at CNCE. Otsuka bought out AVNR and decided to go with the CNCE deuterated AVP-786 for their two P3s in Alz behavior and also testing the drug in a P2 for MDD. CNCE will derive royalty and milestones if the drug succeeds. The P2 for the QDM drug had very good results so I expect to see good P3 numbers. CNCE also has a P1 deuterated version of VRTX's Kalydeco which is expected to become a multi-billion Cystic Fibrosis drug.
