One22 Media (owned by Brady Middleditch, certain websites co-owned with a guy having a 5 page rap sheet named James Filippone) has been compensated a fee of forty thousand usd for marketing or promotional efforts regarding NYXO by a third party, Microcap Innovations, LLC (owned by Laurie Mazzarella, one of the co-leaders of a Florida Boiler Room). Note that Filippone's buddies Gabe Nix and Chris Putnam dba Global Marketing Media were busted in a sting operation last July. That's when Filippone joined forces with Middleditch
