I was just reading over the annual report and came up with the following stock holdings. According to my analysis, IDNG has a float of 175 mil, which agrees with Morningstar. I guess my question is, where did the 46 mil number come from that everyone on this board seems to be using?
Here is my take from the annual report:
INSIDERS:
BEECHWOOD (KLUG), 108,424,608, 30.11%
CONCORDE CAPITAL
HOWARD TAYLOR), 19,021,535, 5.28%
SCHREIBER LIVING TRUST, 57,064,608, 15.85%
TOTAL INSIDERS, 184,510,751, 51.24%
FLOAT:
RACHMUTH, 19,021,536, 5.28%
NON-AFFILIATED
(PER ANNUAL REPORT), 141,655,877, 39.34%
TWO LATEST ACCREDITED
INVESTORS , 14,905,918, 4.14%
TOTAL FLOAT, 175,583,331, 48.76%
TOTAL SHARES O/S, 360,094,082, 100.00%
If anyone can explain where the 46 mil float comes from, I'd be glad to hear it. These numbers are in agreement with the ones shown on Morningstar's analysis of IDNG. I know that sometimes Morningstar's numbers are somewhat out of whack, but I think the above is correct, according to IDNG's annual report.
