Let's not forget that these people had exhausted all options...the "SoC" for this group, aside from experimental treatments...was to go home and make sure your house was in order. 85% are still alive in the -B treatment...that is a difficult one to hand-wave away as Phase-1 cherry-picking...

And the real tell is that most of those poor souls who didn't make it passed before the 4th injection...just not enough time only injecting one tumor and with one of the two treatments not fully efficacious.
