More Information about Media2U Co. LTD. and the HJOE "contract".

We know they are a subsidiary of One Media Group (corp.omghk.com).

In One Media Group's 2014 Annual report (which ended on 03/31/2014) - we find in their list of subsidiaries: Media2U Company Limited and for "Principal Activities and Place of Operation it has: Magazines Advertising and Operations in Hong Kong. It also states that they own 100% of Media2U.

So it seems that HJOE has been busted once again for issuing false and misleading information in a press release.

We had originally contracted an agreement with Media2UCo LTD, a Korean company, back in 2013 to launch in a chain of 8600 stores in Japan for 10 million bottles over 3 years. During the process of gaining acceptance to Asia, Media2UCo LTD went out of business in Korea and filed bankruptcy.

Another blatant lie from the HJOE management.

These guys are going to have some very rough times ahead of them.
