With the market cap this low these conversions generate very little in the way of capital for the company. The CEO needs to start acting like one and do more to promote and market this stock to outside investors. It shouldn't be trading this low even with the toxic debt and because it is it makes it hard for the company to raise capital. The guy isn't doing enough to defend the share price.
