Interesting. Not surprising either. Who knows what the institutions are really up to in various dark pools with FNMA also.

Anyway, if pps is frozen and prevented from rising to allow institutions to load, that suggests that if institutions wanted to sell, the pps would be prevented from dropping. Lately it has dropped but only by a few cents. That could mean loading. Or it could mean institutions are selling and the MMs haven't been able to completely keep the pps from dropping but have been able to keep it from dropping more than a few cents even as huge blocks are sold. So either way, we won't know.
