"After Heddle half asked removed the forward facing fuel storage tanks did you notice the other 2 large white fuel storage tanks at the back of the new building thats housing the flagship monster. I mean why would they need fuel storage tanks back there if the pilot hasnt tested anything? "

Google Earth shows that those tanks were in place on 5/5/13. The 10-Q filed on 5/10/13 said this:
"50,000 gallons of new fuel storage tanks are in place and connected;"
They were put there at a time when the company was still busy failing as a fuel producer. They were put there at least in part because the old ones were starting to show their age, which eventually evidenced itself in the form of distinctly non-green puddles of product in the parking lot and on the driveway.

So that's why the tanks are back there. They were put there before the idea of a pilot program was a twinkle in Heddle's eye. In fact, they were put there during the reign of none other than Tony Bogolin...before Heddle held his little coup.

That's quite a trick...holding up the existence of two year old storage tanks as proof that there has been some pilot testing done recently.
