I am doubtful that news on the Series C Certificates will have a positive impact on the share price assuming it is essentially a "reparations" payment to folks who were share holders PV Enterprises on a specific day over one year ago. If anything, it would have a negative impact. Yes, I will be very happy, along with many longs, but, how will that news attract new share holders? I just don't see it. Maybe someone smarter than I can guide me on this one.
