He's probably waiting for the S-1 to be approved and for JP Carey to be able to buy shares. He wouldn't want to put out too much information and have the price actually go up. Then JP Carey would have to pay at a higher bid price and we certainly wouldn't want that to happen. Thst would be a real pity. Oh just to be sure, all in my opinion.
