I respectfully disagree that it wouldn't be for red sun marketing. Brand marketing is expensive. I just sat through a large companies 2016 marketing plans for certain brands...10s of millions on just one brand. In my opinion I think they are reacting to low reorder numbers or just low order numbers in general. They may need the money to put extra incentive for new distributors to bring the item in too...

It's either that or for Brand A application -- or both.
