Depends how you look at it... Share dilution always sucks...but I think it's a good thing in this instance. It removes uncertainty and there's a single entity or investor that believes enough in the company to shell out $6 million dollars and invest. If we didn't have so many irons in the fire it would be scary to me, but the fact is they just monetized their highly differentiated products in a highly competitive industry -- they need $$ to get the products into the market and drive volume. Xxii is in the process of building revenue streams and this will only help give them a leg up in doing so. Remember the old saying "it takes money to make money".

Obviously I would rather them generate the cash through operations but if they were able to do that already we wouldn't be buying shares for $1.00.
