There must be a strategic reason why they decided to raise the capital now. I fully expected another capital raise, but was hoping the company could wait until the share price was more favorable to limit the offering size.

I'm actually confused why the company did this now. Do they not expect their SP to be higher than $1 in 2-3 months? Why not use the capital they have now and continue to execute and build up their SP?

I couldn't be happier with how the company is executing...just a bit confused by the timing here.
